Fully equipped and decorated in light colors. Living room, three bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and separate bathroom with two bedroom. The balcony offers good views of the sea and the city (day and evening sun). 

The house was built in 2001 and very well maintained. The company is fenced with electrical plugs and the apartment is located on the third floor. 

The balcony does not have a line of sight to the neighbors and the lower road is a closed private road. That is, in the middle of all the services but 100% of your own peace. 

The company has a private pool and a green area. Paloma Park adjacent to both services.
